Session Modalities

Trauma-Informed Healing & Regulation

A safe, trauma-informed session designed to support emotional healing without re-traumatisation. Using grounding practices, breathwork, and nervous system regulation techniques, this session helps restore a sense of safety, reduce emotional reactivity, and support long-term emotional stability. Ideal for moments of overwhelm, fatigue, or emotional disconnection.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) – Emotional Regulation

A gentle, structured session combining EFT tapping with guided emotional awareness to support the release of stored emotional stress. This approach promotes nervous system regulation, emotional relief, and an increased capacity to respond calmly to triggers, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.

 

Clinical Hypnosis Session

A calm, focused therapeutic session guiding you into a deeply relaxed and receptive state where subconscious patterns can be safely accessed and gently reshaped. Clinical hypnosis supports emotional healing, stress reduction, confidence building, habit change, and deeper inner alignment, while remaining ethical, client-centred, and trauma-aware.

Life Coaching Session (NLP-Based)

A focused and supportive session using Neuro-Linguistic Programming principles to identify and gently reframe limiting beliefs, habitual thought patterns, and emotional responses. This session supports clarity, confidence, emotional resilience, and aligned decision-making by strengthening more resourceful internal states.

 

Integrative Session (Blended Approach)

A fully personalised session combining one or more modalities — Trauma-Informed Healing & Regulation, EFT, Clinical Hypnosis, Life Coaching, and Personal Guided Meditation — based on your needs in that moment. This flexible approach allows for deeper integration, regulation, and tailored emotional support within a single session.

 

Personal Guided Meditation Session

A deeply personalised and transformative session designed around your individual needs, intentions, and goals. The session begins with a reflective conversation, followed by a tailor-made guided meditation created specifically for you. The meditation can be recorded and shared for your continued personal use, supporting long-term integration and inner change beyond the session itself.

Jasmina is a highly experienced practitioner with a background in Psychology and over a decade of experience supporting emotional wellbeing in Dubai and internationally. Her work integrates trauma-informed care, neuroscience, EFT, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, meditation, and breathwork to create deeply personalised and ethical healing experiences. Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and holistic — supporting lasting emotional regulation, clarity, and inner alignment rather than short-term fixes.
